Pottery

A hands-on clay studio for little makers. Children learn pinch pots, coil building, slab work and surface decoration, then see their pieces fired and glazed to take home. Messy hands, proud faces.

What they'll learn

★Basic hand-building techniques: pinch, coil and slab
★Fine motor control and hand strength
★Planning a project from idea to finished piece
★Patience and care through the drying and glazing process

What to bring

•Apron or old t-shirt (clay stains!)
•Short fingernails help with clay work
•A box or bag to carry finished pieces home
•All clay, tools and glazes are provided
